MAIN ROAST

The Roast of Sherwood’ Hog Roast Marinated with rosemary, garlic, fennel, seasoning & olive
oil, we slow roast a whole pig in a specially designed oven for 5/6 hours and with crispy crackling on the side.
Blackened Cajun Hog Roast Rubbed with Cajun Seasoning and slow roasted for 5- 6 hours, this Louisiana Style Hog Roast is bursting with flavour and always served with crispy crackling.
British Beef Brisket Using grain fed British beef, we hand cure & season with Deli Spices; our salt beef is like no other.
 Roast Boneless Leg of Lamb Marinated with rosemary, thyme, garlic, rapeseed oil& seasonings.
Topside of Beef Rubbed with our special blend of seasonings our prime rib is Slow Roasted, served pink & w/ Au Jus.
Roast Turkey Crown w/ Lemon & Thyme Butter Glaze Slow Roasted with our own Lemon & Thyme Butter
Glaze, we will make sure your Turkey Sandwich is tender, Juicy & bursting with flavour in Au Jus.
Poussin with Garlic & Rosemary*(Seasonal) Lemon and rosemary infused Poussin are basted with a wine and garlic stock.
Served along with a choice of a freshly baked speciality granary baps, golden brioche & gluten free rolls or atop a crispy salad.

All prices are individually quoted based on your requirements. If you have any questions or requests or require a quote, please feel free to discuss them with our team.
In the past, we have catered for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, private festivals, music festivals, food festivals and parties of all kinds. The parties have ranged from small cosy gatherings of 50-100 or so people to large events of up to 400. Festival sizes have varied from 500 to 50000 people.
We don’t provide table service we ask people to come to us. We love people coming up to see & smell what we are doing. Also, it allows people to be as choosy as they want. We have our food cooked and ready to serve in just the right quantities to combine speed of service whilst making sure your food hits the plate still fresh from the grill or oven.
In general, we tend to be requested for more laid back events as we give a festival feel to the food. Our food is not formal, it’s fun and often messy with an emphasis on superb flavours, the highest quality, super fresh ingredients and cooking the food just right.
